During the first consultation your DIGI-SOUND Hearing Care Specialist will carry out an otoscopic examination of your auditory canal to ensure there is no ear wax buildup or any signs of abnormality, followed by an analysis of your individual hearing profile, as well as your needs and expectations.
- Using state-of-the-art audiological measurement technology your DIGI-SOUND Hearing Care Specialist will perform several hearing tests and give you an honest opinion as to whether or not you require hearing aids.

- We will inform you about the various types of hearing aids and their suitability for your hearing loss, taking into account your lifestyle requirements and cosmetic aspects.
- As there is no particular hearing aid brand on the market which is the best, your DIGI-SOUND Hearing Care Specialist will fit you with hearing aids from various brands to help you to select an appropriate model, depending on your preference along with your degree and shape of hearing loss.
- The first fine tuning takes place approximately 2 weeks later to improve the adjustment, following your comments and expectations. Further follow up appointments can be booked as necessary and are free of charge.
